Mint House at The Divine Lorraine

The apartment hotel design at The Divine Lorraine focuses on enhancing the existing historical features of the units such as the bay windows, arched ceilings, exposed brick walls, and unique window types. The “Modern Renaissance” design speaks to the current renaissance movement happening on North Broad street. The furniture pieces are unique in shape & texture but remain neutral in color to allow for more eccentric and vibrant local artwork. Existing bay windows are highlighted with unique dining sets and pendant lighting. Overall, the design of the apartments are fresh, vibrant, and inspiring.

Flagler Conference Center

This 635K square foot office building is undergoing a complete renovation that will cater to all forms of business. The heart of the project will be located at the dedicated conference center in which I provided space planning, space activation strategies, interior design, and branding design. The conference rooms are versatile in size but are equipped with collapsable walls in order to become one.

Queens Conference Center

The focal point to this large renovation is the existing atrium built in 1988. The new vision for the space is activating the atrium by providing interactive visuals, large vegetation, and collaborative seating. As the project manager, I oversaw all design phases and worked with the developer to create a design that reflects the brand strategy & co-working model.

Gong

This HQ space is home to both local and international employees. It was important to make it feel creative, vibrant, and on brand. I focused on creating open circulation, special seating moments, and having finishes catch your eye as you move across the floor. This project was a challenge as I had to design and project manager overseas.

Merck

The first impression of this new HQ space is the 42’ x 8’ custom mural that provides the main source of color and brand reference. It acts as a backdrop for the banquette seating and lounge. We call this type of space the center of gravity because it pulls employees and guests together in one area to spark conversations, interactions, and collaboration.

Millicom Tigo

An official HQ space for the company meant dedicating an entire floor to events. The grand pantry with it’s bold and stark colors divides the two different space types - bar & cafe seating on the west side versus soft lounge seating and band set-up on the east. Spatially and visually the space is meant to be a design contrast from the rest of the floor.

Grand Avenue Apartments

This condominium project is ground-up construction but wanted to feel like the intimate townhomes nearby. As project manager & designer, I led all schematic design and visual representation of the early stages of this project. This new development features warm finishes, luxury appliances, quality fixtures, and a variety of upscale amenity spaces.

Havenly

Havenly is an online interior design company and e-commerce platform that can be used for soft renovation projects of all types. As an e-designer I was able to practice my ability to work independently and remotely, while delivering design concepts, renderings, furniture specifications, and developing several committed client relationships. The projects range from living rooms, outdoor spaces, to home offices.

Vertical Addition

This Edwardian remodel includes a new rear yard, an additional 4th floor penthouse, and preservation of the existing facade. I project managed, designed, and collaborated with the developer to come up with an efficient and code-compliant design. I was involved in community outreach and researching local zoning and historical preservation. I worked on schematic, design development, and permit sets.

Montclair Terrace

The Montclair Home is a 5-story residence designed by architect Gardener Daily in 1938. The interior remodel consisted of removal of select walls, structural analysis, refinishing throughout, a new fireplace, new plumbing, new lighting, and furnishing/staging the entire home. I designed, project managed and provided budgets, permit sets, and construction sets.
